You’d Never Guess THIS #1 Cause of High BP

High blood pressure, or hypertension, is noted by doctors as the most important risk factor for premature death.

It accounts for half of all deaths caused by cardiovascular disease and 14 percent of all deaths each year.

Hypertension can also lead to heart disease, stroke, kidney failure and dementia…if left untreated.

And 90% of Americans are expected to develop some form of it by the ripe young age of sixty-five.

Yet, interestingly enough, a study reported by the Archives of Internal Medicine revealed 30% of patients with hypertension responded “well” to a PLACEBO.

PROOF that they were able to control their blood pressure without medication.

Further studies prove just simple lifestyle changes can normalize blood pressure levels in over 85% of sufferers.

Watch the video below as best-selling author, John Gray covers hypertension from A to Z, addressing the causes, how it works, and how to recover from this debilitating disease using just the power of nature and your own body…

A few minutes in, he even reveals THE #1 cause of High Blood Pressure.

…I never saw it coming.

Once you’ve enjoyed John’s video…

Tell me what you thought was the most interesting new information he shared with you that you didn’t know before.

For me, it was the crazy link between lowering high blood pressure and preventing your skin from ever getting sun-burn again!

I know, I know, that one’s “controversial”.

Anyone that answers, gets a free gift on the house!

So very helpful!!! I admit I'm far from being a healthy eater, but this explained so much about high blood pressure that I did not know. Now I know why I need to change my eating habits (& it's not just about those extra 10-15 lbs) The sugar/fructose really got my attention.
Sooo, how do we cut those cravings?

I was not aware of all the relationships between vitamin D, omega 3s, diabetes, high sugar levels, blood pressure and sun exposure. I appreciated how John mixed this together into his monologue. Guess my vitamin D will get increased till I see a better drop in BP numbers.

Thank you for this wonderful information. I am experiencing high blood pressure and I was type 2 diabetes until I went on Atkins diet 3 years ago when my doctor told me I no long have diabetes. But I still have HBP though I successfully reduced by weight by 20kg
I also suffer from arthritis in my knees which is severe and this all began after a major emotional trauma in my life. I have don a lot of natural stuff to correct these problems and I recognise the situation when HBP /ARTHRITIS started and I am trying to correct it but it eludes me. I experienced a TDA? (mini stroke) about 10 years ago, which I fought by my strong mind as I experienced the process. (I am more than happy to share my experience with this but do not wish to bore you) and I was extremely lucky to have no obvious long term results from this (as told by my doctors and hospital specialists)
I appreciate all that you have shared and intend to fully integrate it all into my li fe. Unfortunately I am allergic to Garlic because it causes my throat to close and put me into
physical stress and I hate garlic anyway.
interesting also about vit D. I am 71 and all my life I have experienced sever sun burn on may occasions. I have had to be hospitalised because of it twice and I now experience regular occurrences of skin cancer. 1 case of melanoma and many times having had surgery to remove the lesions

once again Thank you so much. I am going to share this info with many of my friends
    regards Yvonne Wenban
