    Peace. Ginger tea (root) is also very good for relieving pain, as well as indigestion. Informing the public of the horrors of prescription pain relievers is another great service, as I'm seeing more media news concerning the harmful effects of prescribed meds! Big Pharm has NO conscience, their bottom line is profit!

    Your advice seems very good. I am 82. I take no meds. I have no pain. My blood pressure is 120 over 70 or below. My cholesterol level is 210 and most of that is the good kind. My blood sugar and triglycerides are very low. I reccommend lots of daily home grown veggies with olive oil , garlic, and apple cider vinegar. Also, an egg a day is essential for older people and an apple a day is good too.Whole milk and butter from pasture fed cows is very healthy. 100% whole grains including wheat are very healthy. Daily oatmeal is also good.
