At-Home Alzheimer’s Test

According to a 2010 survey by the MetLife Foundation, people over 55 have a greater fear of developing Alzheimer’s than ANY other disease.

And understandably so.

One quick and pain-free way to assess your risk is to take the Self-Administered Gerocognitive Examination (SAGE) test.

It’s a quick, 15 minute at-home test developed by cognitive neurologist Dr. Douglas Scharre of Ohio State University’s Wexner Medical Center.

Watch the video below for more information and then download the SAGE test by clicking here.

Dr. Scharre believes this simple test is an excellent way to get an early assessment of your cognitive function and, if taken at intervals over time, can also serve as an early warning, if you notice your scores beginning to decline.

Besides diet, exercise, and getting a good night’s sleep, mental stimulation is critical factor for keeping your memory sharp.

The very process of learning something new, such as learning to play a new instrument or tackling challenging crossword puzzles or studying a new language for example, is paramount to optimal cognitive health.

In fact, you may find this Shocking, but a 104 year old retired Neuroscientist has developed a sequence of simple “mind twisting exercises” that have now been PROVEN to profoundly improve your mental capabilities.

On the next page is this professor’s amazing story about his proven method to dramatically improve cognitive function by stimulating and re-connecting neurons…

In less than 5 minutes a day, for as little as 14 days…

It is not enough that millions of people have problem , company who make medication and making billions on poor people,
BUT you are doing same thing. I know you think $40.00 it is not a lot but it is, special for older and retired people.
I think you like to help people, giving the program to everybody, you would put medical company out of making billions on sick folks.

Hi Vera so sorry you feel that way, but I'm sure you're not alone. While I've dedicated my life these past few years to helping as many people as possible by researching and digging and spreading the word...I definitely can't speak for everyone. While I've gone through and personally vetted Dr. Humphrey's amazing program, I have no involvement in the business side of what he does. From personal experience, though, I can tell you that all the hard work that goes into creating and maintaining these sites and programs and tending to the needs of all the valued members, can become VERY costly. Typically, when potentially life-changing programs like this are being offered as such low prices, it's simply to cover the cost of operating the program so it CAN be available out there for those who recognize the vicious greed of the billion dollar pharmaceutical corporations and are ready to take their health and recovery into their own hands. As far as what's in my personal control to offer, please take a moment to download the free test above. Try out some of the suggestions I made in the article, like doing challenging crossword puzzles, or picking up a musical instrument and using the internet to teach yourself to play. Also, browse around some of the other articles I've written that offer loads more of free tips and strategies on pursuing an optimal state of health and happiness we all deserve and CAN achieve. Hopefully, as more and more of us come to realize the troubling state of our healthcare, here in the US and across the world, we can put these predatory Big Pharma companies out of business and make a real change for the best! -- Ken

The conclusions these professionals have come to that Alzheimer's is caused by what we eat is what I've felt it was. My mother has Alzheimer's and both of her older brothers died from it. They all experienced an event that brought it on, but probably originated with their diets. One had a stroke, the other had a weak heart resulting in a pacemaker being installed and the third has high blood pressure for many years.

What if you did poorly on the test while being treated for depression and anxiety, but made the maximum score after recovering from these disorders? Does the original unfavorable score have any merit?

Hi Ellis! I think the most valuable way to apply the results of the test is to take it at regular intervals over an extended period of time. Say once a month, for the next 6 months. If you notice the scores are noticeably trending downward, this would be a clear indication something is wrong. Taking that explanation of the test from Dr. Scharre into account, I wouldn't dwell too much on the unfavorable scores you saw the first time around. Definitely keep at it!
