    I too am awaiting your book. But just two days in, my a.m. fasting blood sugar was 123 and 75 at pre dinner. I find it very easy to follow your recommendations. I am not hungry and do not have any cravings. Thanks so much!

    I just learned that I have high glucose, my A1C is 5.7, first time I've had this blood test! I started researching & found your book & hope I can get control before I end up with diabetes! I'm anxious to receive the book!

    I was doing intermmitent fasting and only ate starting at 11 and then at 5. I will have to change this.

    I'm waiting for my material to arrive but I've printed some of the info to follow in the meantime. Takes a bit more time and concentration to select the right foods but I hope it will get my blood sugar back on track. I'm allergic to cows milk and drink unsweetened, vanilla almond milk. I couldn't find a reference to this in your docs. What category does it fall in?
