Is Vitamin K2 the Answer to Joint Pain?

… We know that in Western populations, most people do not obtain enough due to modern diet. Our food is increasingly deficient in vitamin K2 in particular, and up to 98% of the general healthy population may be vitamin K2 insufficient with long-term detrimental impact on bone and cardiovascular health.”

How to Get More Vitamin K2 into Your Diet

    Interesting article, but I'm curious about taking Vitamin K2. Does it interact with the blood thinner Warfarin? I've asked pharmacist and get a blank look with the answer I think so. My doctor says don't take Vitamin K and says nothing about Vitamin K having two types, K1 & K2. My X-rays mention that some of my arteries show signs of calcification. It would be nice to slow it down or even better eliminate it.

    I suffer with degenerative disc disease, take lots of medications,..vitamin D2 deficiency, take 50,000IU once a week. Omega 3 2000fatty, 1200 calcium, b12, C, regular vitamins, biotin a more. When do it stop. Have all the sim. You are talking about would love to stop taking some of this.
