    No dought its easest and harmless yoga exercises, I am 75,years I have obicity suger and cannot walk 200-m easely, my lower portion of my body could not bear the weight of my upper body.There is a pain in my legs and vaist. please recmend yoga exercise for me.Thankfull to you.
