If you smoke, are overweight, or have high blood pressure, and you think you’re young enough to be exempt from cardiovascular disease…

You’re sadly mistaken.

    Great video, what about cutting out the oils ? I think plant based eating is great but for Oils. Don

      Hi Don! Not sure I understand what you mean. What oils are you curious about cutting out? Certain plant-based oils, such as coconut and avocado oil (always have these cold-pressed and unrefined) contain powerfully health-promoting properties. Specifically relating to cognitive support, these oils are a potent source of brain-feeding fatty-acids and other nutrients, so I would say consume AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE!
